REGULAR registration includes admission to all technical sessions, refreshment breaks, lunches, a copy of the conference proceedings on a CD-ROM, and one gala dinner ticket.

STUDENT registration includes admission to all technical sessions, refreshment breaks, lunches, and a copy of the conference proceedings on a CD-ROM. Social event is NOT included. Students must prove their full-time student status by faxing and mailing a confirmation letter from their university.

PhD Forum registration includes admission to all technical sessions, refreshment breaks and lunches, a copy of the conference proceedings on a CD-ROM, and one gala dinner ticket.
This registration option is only available for students whose submitted PhD forum paper was accepted. Students must prove their full-time student status by faxing and mailing a confirmation letter from their university. -
One-day registration includes admission to all technical sessions, refreshment breaks and lunches for the chosen day.

Authors (with the exception of PhD Forum authors) are requested to register as REGULAR attendees and pay their registration fee before July 1st, 2009. Papers will not be published in the proceedings unless one of the authors has registered and payment of the registration fee has been received.

Extra page charges must be declared by the authors and paid before July 1st, 2009. Papers will not be published in the proceedings unless optional extra page charges have been settled.

Payment receipts will be included in conference bags. No receipts will be sent in advance. Each attendee must register separately. Registrations by phone are not accepted. Student status will be verified when registering.

Confirmation letters for visa requests will be provided on request to those conference participants who have registered for the conference and whose payment has been received on the conference bank account. Individual requests should be directed to fpl@amca.cz.

Cancellation is allowed if requested in writing before August 1st, 2009 for participants who have not requested a confirmation letter for a visa request. A handling fee of 1350 CZK will be charged. Registration fees cannot be refunded for cancellations requested after August 1st, 2009, for author registrations, or to registered participants who have requested a confirmation letter.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Conference participation is nominal and may not be shared. Substitution of conference participation is permitted, provided the organisers have been informed by fax, mail or email before August 1st, 2009.
The organisers reserve the right to modify the conference programme, speakers, or timing without prior notice, and cannot be held liable for any such changes.
REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION
